CURRICULUM OVERVIEW FOR PAMPERS PRIVATE SCHOOL.

These are the values that lie at the heart of our school and our curriculum:

  • Excellence
  • Confidence
  • Discipline
  • Respect
  • Integrity

Our Curriculum at Pampers Private School is divided into three stages;

-       Foundation Stage which is the Nursery

-       Lower Primary – grades 1, 2 and 3

-       Higher primary –  grades 4, 5 and 6

NURSERY

Our Nursery section uses the British’ Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) approach, which sets standards for the learning, development and care of children from birth to 5 years old. Our work in the Early Years Foundation Stage emphasizes the value of play as the medium through which a child develops most in the formative years. By learning through play, children are provided with an opportunity to have real life experiences of the world and receive the support they need for the development of their mental, physical and social skills.

PRIMARY SECTION

We run a broad-based curriculum which is a fine blend of the Nigerian and British curricula. With this blend, we are able to groom our learners in the three domains of educational development, which aids their ability to effectively and efficiently play their roles in building the nation and the world as a whole.

At Pampers Private School, we believe strongly in developing a total child – one who is sound academically, socially and physically. Our richly selected co-curricular activities and social events have been designed to adequately cater to the diverse needs of all our learners in this ever-changing world.
